Spectacular weather this past holiday weekend! Hope you all had a great time. Today there is rain... lots of rain.

With May 2010 in the books, I thought I'd start with some quick and easy statistics for the month. We'll cover all of the details throughout the week.

Remember that this covers residential listings in the Upper Florida Keys which includes Key Largo, Tavernier, Plantation Key, Islamorada, Windley Key, Upper Matecumbe Key, and Lower Matecumbe Key.

There were 94 new listings with a low list price of $89,900 and a high list price of $6,700,000. Average list price was $723,418.

There were 33 new  pendings. Lowest price was $75,000. Highest price was $2,795,000. Average price was $539,215.

There were 38 closings. Lowest sold price was $65,000. Highest sold price was $3,400,000. Average sold price was $547,540.
