"I recently sold a property that I had listed with (and bought from) Holly. She worked consistently to market the property. She was successful in lining up two prospects for the sale, and in doing so, was also successful in getting a premium over the asking price. The closing was a long drawn out process due to the buyer's mortgage company. Towards the end, Holly was instrumental in having the buyer's pay an additional sum in order for us to not walk away from the sale.
